How long does each session take?

​Sessions usually last for 1 hour. Yoga and meditation classes can last up to 90 minutes.

Is it all about the past?

​The past is very important. We do hold memories, filters, conditioning, etc, coming from past experiences. We have to address those issues first but it is also essential to focus on the present. We need some understanding of how old narratives are replayed in current relationships and situations but our sessions will involve both past and current experiences, and we will build new strategies for the future as well.

Is therapy confidential?

​Absolutely. As a member of the CTAA I respect and protect the confidentiality and privacy of all my clients. However, there are some ethical, safety and legal requirements to this, for example, when protecting a client or others from harm. Sharing information with a third party will always be discussed with the client first.

​How long will it take?

​The Program takes 4 weeks. The Bundles take as long as you need to use all your sessions. But the journey does not have to

end there. 1-to-1 individual sessions can be booked anytime, and it is very much your own decision when to have a break, or

finish the process. Some people choose to have a few sessions only, whereas others find it useful to have open-ended therapy.

Which type of therapy do I need?

​There are many types of complementary therapies out there.

 

I practice the following: Strategic Life Coaching, Solution Based Counselling, Solution Based Hypnotherapy, Relationship Coaching, Spiritual Counselling and Guidance, EFT/TFT Tapping Therapy, Yoga and Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, Massage Therapy and Reflexology.

We are complex human beings and many times addressing only one aspect of the issue might not be enough. We need to heal and evolve on physical – mental – energetic and spiritual levels.

 

We will use different healing techniques on the way to lift your vibration, clear out old limiting energies and beliefs and to form new solutions.

​What does the word 'holistability' mean?​

Holistic - holistic therapy attempts to address an individual as a whole person, rather than focusing on one particular problem. No one is being separated into different components. It sees the individual in terms of their mind, spirit, and body and it helps to gain awareness of the connections between these parts. The goal is to develop a deeper understanding at all levels, which can lead to improved self-esteem, self-awareness and contentment. We are complex beings and many times working on one area only would just not be enough. We need to heal and evolve on physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels.

 

Stability - balance, security, strength, healing, empowerment. Only some of the goals and benefits to mention here that can be reached by holistic therapy and yoga. 

 

Ability - by learning new skills and developing new abilities we get a chance to find stability, to form better solutions to our problems, and to discover new means to reach our goals.

​Will holistic wellbeing therapy fix me?​

No, as I believe that no one is broken or needs to be fixed. One might just need to find new strategies and tools to cope with certain situations.

Otherwise there is a lot of evidence that therapy can be useful in dealing with many issues. Holistic therapy can help you process difficult thoughts and feelings, uncover and examine limiting beliefs, develop new perspectives, get into a better physical shape and find new ways of coping.

Holistic Wellbeing Therapy is not meant to diagnose, treat and medicate serious mental healt conditions, and can not replace a doctor. It can however serve as a great complementary treatment. If you are concerned about more serious issues please consult your doctor first.

How do I pay?

All payments are to be complete before the start of the 4-Week Program or the 1st sessions of a Bundle.

In case of singular sessions or a yoga classes, payments are to be completed prior, or latest within 24 hours after the sessions.

Payments can be sent by the use of PayPal or Bank Transfer. I will provide you with all the necessary details during our very first session. 

​

 

What online platforms do we use?

Online sessions take place through video calls. My favoured application is Zoom, but we can also use Skype or any other encrypted application.
