EFT/TFT Tapping Therapy

Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping or psychological acupressure, first came to prominence in the 1990s. It involves tapping specific points on the body - primarily on the upper body, head and face - in a particular sequence. While doing this, we will focuses on the issue that you wish to treat.  It is a highly effective technique that can be helpful with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, weight loss, and many many other issues.

Yoga

The world yoga derives from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj'. It means to unite, join or integrate. In the west many times people associate Yoga with body postures only and see it as a form of exercise. But Yoga is so much more than that. Yoga is a vast discipline from India that is aimed to unite mind, body and spirit, in order to achieve a state of self-realization, balance, health and awareness. Yoga today is widely practiced worldwide for improved health, spiritual progress, relaxation and inner harmony, self-healing, a stronger and toxin-free body, self-awareness, increased focus and concentration, and reduced stress and anxiety.

Several meditation techniques are being used in different traditions and cultures. None of them are better or worse, only a different kind of approach. There are many ways to Samadhi and we shall not classify them. Our job is rather to choose our own path and keep walking on it peacfully. In my lessons I can introduce you to some of these techniques, or help you deepen your practice: gazing meditation, breathing meditation, chakra meditation, mantra meditation (chanting), japa meditation, sound meditation, 3rd-eye meditation, mindfulness meditation.

Breathwork /Pranayama/

Pranayama is the extension of the dimension of our vital life energy by controlling our breathing. These are mainly yogic breathing exercises that are considered to be an important step on the path of spirituality and healing. Each technique has its own purpose and various benefits on our physical, mental and energetic bodies.

Reiki

"Reiki” means ‘universal life energy'.  It is an energy healing system that was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. The universal energy nourishes and maintains all living things in our world and when it flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within us. Reiki treatments can help us on physical, emotional and spiritual levels to heal and to find balance. Reiki Healing is also possible from a distance.
