These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Greg P Aradi's Website, located at yogicways.wixsite.com/holistability; and for all services provided by the Website and Greg P Aradi.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Holistability - Holistic Wellbeing Therapy online if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements:

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and is compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.

"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company.

"Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

1-to-1 Individual Session: €80

5-Session Bundle: €380

10-Session Bundle: €760

Yoga & Meditation class: On a Donation Basis

First 30 minutes consultation: free of charge

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

*no prices are to be changed during an already purchased Program, bought on an agreed given price

Payment options

All payments should be complete before the start of the 1st sessions of a Bundle.

In the case of 1-to-1 individual sessions and yoga classes payments are to be completed prior, or latest within 24 hours after the

completion of the sessions.

Payments can be sent primarily by Bank Transfer. Payments by Pay Pal are also available if required by the customer.

Greg P Aradi will provide all the necessary details to complete payments in the very first 30 minutes session.

Payments can be sent in EUR / GBP / USD / CHF, in accordance with the actual currency exchange rates at the time.

Cancellation policy

Missed or cancelled sessions in a Holistic Bundle:

In case the Client has to miss, postpone or cancel a session the parties will find another suitable time together for the missed session to be completed. Greg P. Aradi will do his best to be available at another given time.

Cancellations made more than 4 hours in advance of a given appointment are free and we will reschedule.

Cancellations made within 4 hours prior to the scheduled session will pay a 20 EUR compensation fee.

Cancellation of one-off individual sessions:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the given appointment are free and we will reschedule.

Cancellations made within 24 hours but at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session will pay a 20 EUR compensation fee.

Cancellations made within 4 hours to the start of the session will have to pay the full price, and no refunds will be given.

In the event of a real and unavoidable emergency, cancellation is free, completed payments will be refunded or may be applied to future services.

No-show

A no-show is when the Client misses an appointment without cancelling, or giving any prior notice.

In that case, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged and no refund is applicable.

The Clients should inform Greg P Aradi about any cancellation at their earliest possibility.

The Client accepts that at least 24 hours of notice is required for the free cancellation of an appointment, and that a compensation fee of 20EUR will be charged to them when this courtesy is not provided, and the full price shall be charged in case less than 4 hours notice is given prior to the sessions.

Money back guarantee

Holistic Bundles:

If the Client cancels their subscription after completing any number of sessions of a bundle they are entitled to a refund and only pay for the sessions completed. Any session that has already started will count as completed, regardless of its length and actually finishing time. The total amount of all sessions is to be deducted from the full price of the bundle. The price of one session is €80 in this case. The rest of the fee will be refunded.

If The Client decides to cancel after the very first session, the full paid sum will be refunded, without any deductions.

Individual sessions

Any session that has already started will not be refunded, regardless of its length and actually finishing time.

For cancelling the session prior to its starting time please contact Greg P. Aradi as soon as possible and read the cancellation policy.

Other policies regarding safety, conduct, state of health and wellbeing

(applies for all modules)

Greg P Aradi will always put the wellbeing and safety of the Client first and hold it as a primarily important matter.

Greg P Aradi will also keep to the professional rules of conduct and practice in therapy, laid down by the 'Code of Ethics' document.

The Client understands that they have to notify Greg P Aradi of any changes in their wellbeing and state of health during and in between sessions.

The Client understands that if their state of health makes it necessary (in case of any health conditions) they will need to have their doctor’s written permission to receive complementary treatments.

The Client agrees that if they experience any pain or discomfort during a session, on any levels (physical, mental, emotional, etc), they will immediately inform the therapist so that things may be adjusted to their comfort level.

The Client understands that during the session if any sexual advances verbally or physically are made, or in case of any inappropriate or offensive behaviour, Greg P Aradi has the right to end the treatment and they will pay full price. Greg P Aradi has the right to refuse any further sessions if this happens and legal actions could be taken.

The Client understands that a session is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, though it may be a complementary therapy. They understand that in some cases therapy can stir things up at first and they might feel the issues to get stronger. Soreness and/or pain, and emotional imbalance can occur. They accept to follow proper precautions and advice given by Greg P Aradi.

The Client affirms that they have stated all known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly in the Health Questionnaire. They agree to keep the therapist updated as to any changes in my medical profile in the future and understand that there is no liability on the therapist’s part should they fail to do so.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website and service. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The Client understands and agrees that they are receiving therapy entirely at their own risk. In the event that they become injured or hurt (on physical, emotional, mental or energetic levels) as a result, they will not hold Greg P Aradi responsible and harmful, and they indemnify the therapist from all claims and liability whatsoever.

Holistic Wellbeing Therapy is not meant to diagnose, treat and medicate serious mental health conditions, and can not replace a doctor.

If the client is concerned about more serious issues it is advised to consult a doctor first.

Greg P Aradi reserves the right to turn down any client because of this concern and refer them to other adequate medical professionals.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

Greg P Aradi and the Website - and the provided information and services on the website - will not be liable and can not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury of any nature.
