Terms and Conditions
The following terminology applies:
We/Us/Our: Gergo Aradi (aka Greg P. Aradi), Nike Mees
You/Your: The Participant, any person booking or taking part in the Event
The Event: Yoga Retreat, Kinira, Thassos, 11-18 September 2021.
We reserve the right to modify, cancel and limit the event at any time without further explanation. You accept that We will not be responsible in any way for any non-refundable travel or other expenses incurred by you or another as a result of your registration, attendance at, non-attendance at, or cancellation of the Event from any parties.
The retreat will not take place without the minimum amount of 3 participants.
We reserve the right to refuse participants for any reason and the right to prohibit entry of any person, or eject any person from the Event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by staff and/or our agents and others working under our authority.
Cancellations:
In case of cancellation from Us you will be entitled to a full refund of any already paid booking fees, but no other extra compensations will be paid to You.
You also have the right to cancel your booking:
More than 14 days prior to event: You will receive a full refund of already paid fees
Within 2 weeks prior to the start of the event: 50% refund
Within 7 days: no refund will be paid
Other policies regarding safety, conduct, state of health and well-being:
We will always put the well-being and safety of the Participant first and hold it as a primarily important matter.
We will also keep to the professional rules of conduct and practice during the whole Event.
You understands that You have to notify Us of any changes in your well-being or state of health during the retreat.

You understands that if your state of health makes it necessary (in case of any health conditions) you will need to have your doctor’s written permission to take part in the Event.

You agree that if You experience any pain or discomfort during a class or session, on any levels (physical, mental, emotional, etc), you will immediately inform Us so that things may be adjusted to your comfort level.
You understand that during the Event if any sexual advances verbally or physically are made, or in case of any inappropriate or offensive behaviour, We have the right to end the class/treatment and refuse any further sessions. If this happens legal actions could be taken.
You understand that no yoga class or holistic session is a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, though it may be a complementary therapy. You understand that in some cases therapy can stir things up at first and they might feel the issues to get stronger. Soreness and/or pain, and emotional imbalance can occur. You accept to follow proper precautions and advice given by Us.
You affirm that you have stated all known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly in the Health Questionnaire that You will fill out on the 1st day of the the Event. You agree to keep Us updated as to any changes in your medical profile and understand that there is no liability on our part should You fail to do so.

You understand and agree that You take part in the Event and receive treatments entirely at your own risk. In the event that You become injured or hurt (on physical, emotional, mental or energetic levels) as a result, You will not hold Us responsible and harmful, and You indemnify Us from all claims and liability whatsoever.

We commit to follow the following professional codes of conduct:

- To be committed to demonstrating the highest quality service to You and all Participants

- To always put the well-being and safety of the Participants first
​
- Be professional & emphatic whilst upholding the professional status as Yoga Teacher and Holistic Therapist
​
- Do not discriminate any Participant, Client or Student in any way
- Commit to continuous learning whilst practising as a yoga teacher and therapist, to ensure Participants are offered the very best and up to date teaching and therapy.

- Maintain discretion & full confidentiality to all Participants at all times
​
- Do not diagnose or prescribe anything outside of The Therapist's legal training for which one is qualified in
​
- To adhere to the CTAA Code of Ethics whilst a member of CTAA
​
By making a booking and taking part in the Event you confirm that you have read, understood and accept all of the above points and statements.
